What to eat to reduce the risk of cancer

However, by making some simple changes in the diet, the risk of cancer can be reduced to a great extent.

Cinnamon:

Turmeric:

This spice is unmatched as a natural antiseptic. Turmeric is especially beneficial in reducing any kind of tumor or ulcer in the colon. Turmeric reduces the risk of colon cancer. This spice helps in reducing the growth of cancer cells.

Broccoli:

You can rely on broccoli to prevent cancer. Broccoli contains a compound called sulforaphane, which is capable of destroying cancer cells. This vegetable is especially effective in cases of colon, bladder and breast cancer.

Carrot:

Vegetables like carrots, which are rich in antioxidants, prevent fat oxidation and reduce the production of cancer cells in the body. Adding carrots to various dishes, starting from carrot salad, helps reduce the chances of colon cancer and stomach cancer.
