How to stay stress free at work

Online Desk: Most of the day is spent at work. Many times the excessive pressure of continuous work, not being able to finish the work within the specified time, disagreement with colleagues creates stress in our daily life.

This can have long-term adverse effects on our health. But a few small changes can help reduce stress

Finish the office work at the office

Try to draw a line between personal life and office work. If the office work is completed during the office hours, there will be no work pressure at home. Avoid doing office work at home except for essential calls or messages.

Discuss openly with colleagues

Every person has a different nature in the workplace and everyone has a different work style. Disagreement is normal in group work. Do not hesitate to ask for help or express your opinion openly. It reduces the risk of morale pollution and does not have to take extra pressure to achieve the goal. It is also convenient to make decisions.

Avoid multitasking
Allocate separate time for each task. Otherwise, multiple tasks at once can reduce your work productivity and increase stress.

A break between jobs
Working in the office for a long time can easily lead to boredom at work. So take small breaks between work which will keep your mind happy and help reduce stress. Besides, try to spend time with your family on weekends.
