Life Style Desk: Not only fish, but also fish eggs can be contaminated.
Ingredients: Fish eggs 150 grams, Potatoes cut into cubes half a cup, Onion Barista half a cup, Onions chopped half a cup, Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon, Chilli powder half a teaspoon, Ginger half a teaspoon, Garlic paste half a teaspoon, Cumin powder half teaspoon, garam masala powder 1 pinch, soybean oil half cup, turmeric 1/3 teaspoon, salt to taste.
Method: Heat soyabean oil in a pot and add potatoes, chili powder and salt and fry until golden brown. Brown the onions in this oil, add ginger and garlic paste, green chillies, cumin powder, salt and add the fish eggs. When the egg is cooked well, cook it with fried potatoes for 5 minutes. Add little water if necessary. When cooked add garam masala powder and cook for another 3 minutes. Before taking it down, spread the onion on the grill and shake it down. Serve with rice or polao.
