What it takes to make
Milk- 1 liter
Canned shells – 1 bowl
Chicken – 100 grams
Rose water – little
Sugar – to taste
Condensed milk- 50 gms
Pistachios – a few
Cashews and Raisins – few
Cardamom powder – a pinch.
How to make
Heat the milk and thicken it. Take out the shell and blend it. Drain the chickpea water and mix well. Peel the dry fruits by soaking them in water beforehand. Then boil the milk with rose water, sugar, condensed milk for some more time. When the mixture boils and thickens, add chickpeas and keep stirring on low heat. Then mix it well with the can shell. When the pies are ready, spread pistachios, cashews and raisins on top and mix well. Now turn off the flame. Sprinkle a pinch of cardamom powder.
