Online Desk: To compete with the popular short video platform Tik Tok, YouTube has brought a new feature called Remix in Shorts. With this feature, users can create their own version of the music video.
Earlier last year, YouTube brought features like Kolab and Fun Effect Four Shorts for the shorts platform.
Creators need to tap on the ‘Remix’ option to create remix videos on shorts. Here users will get four options – Sound, Green Screen, Cut and Collab.
The Remix feature allows creators to take sound from the video or they can cut the background of the video and include it in the shorts.
Using this new feature, the creators of shorts will increase their income as their videos increase. It is expected that YouTube ‘shorts’ will get a lot of popularity from TikTok in the coming days.
