Bollywood actress Sunny Leone paid an advance fee for a dance show and later did not attend it. The reputation of an event management company has been destroyed. As a result, they filed a case against Sunny alleging fraud.
Sunny’s husband Daniel Weber is also involved in this case. Apart from that, a staff of Sunny Leone’s office has been accused. However, the Kerala High Court stayed the case.
Sunny appealed to the High Court to dismiss the case filed. Justice Ziad Rahman of the High Court gave a stay in this fraud case against Sunny, Sunny’s husband and office staff on Wednesday.
The court said that no strict action can be taken against Sunny till the next hearing. According to the event management company, Sunny Leone had promised to dance in an event.
He also took a large amount of money as remuneration. But Sunny could not be found despite repeated calls during the event. They later filed a case against Sunny, which went to court.
